This movie was bad a. 18:12 Haaaaaank? One thing I dislike about this movie is that it really paints Prof. X in a negative light. Here particularly, it is in an annoying one. He was my absolute favorite character in First Class. In Dark Phoenix, he drinks too much, doesn't directly take part in the space mission, won't admit the to Hank when he was wrong at first, imposes mind blocks on Jean causing the trauma to inadvertently come on to her all at once, lies to Jean about her father, and freezes Hank when he tries to stop Raven from reasoning with Jean thus causing *spoiler. I wish this franchise could have followed directly in the steps of First Class. It was so GREAT! Days of Future Past was good, but I think it would have made a better third movie in the quadrilogy.
